Managed Services & NDO summit 2018

This year we are combining the Managed Services & Networks Design and Optimization summit to bring together thought leaders and decision makers from the Telecom space to share insights and help shape, influence and support the transformation of this industry.

Previous events facilitated discussions between operator executives and their peers on topics such as Customer Experience, Network Performance & Optimization, Machine Intelligent Services and 5G / IoT. In addition, visionary thought leaders, analysts and researchers such as Arnd Benninghoff - Deputy CEO MTGx, Peter Barron - Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs for EMEA, Google, Ben Hammersley - Author, Futurist & Technologist, Sean Kundu - Vice President New Ventures, San Francisco 49ers and Igal Elbaz - Vice President Ecosystem and Innovation, AT&T Services, took to the stage to share how the market or their respective businesses have transformed.

As part of this year’s theme - Building Partnerships for Growth, Operator executives will share best practices, unlock new business opportunities and explore innovative ways to deliver valuable customer experiences. To facilitate the most engaging exchanges possible, the format is geared towards short, focused keynotes and panel discussions onstage, followed by separate break-out agendas for Managed Services & NDO respectively.

During networking breaks throughout the Summit, you will also be free to visit the Ericsson Managed Services & NDO Experience area, which aims to support an open, interactive and innovative dialogue on future strategic directions and possibilities. Guided by Ericsson experts from relevant areas of the business, we hope to strengthen our relationship as well as our understanding of your key concerns, challenges and opportunities. The exhibition area includes demonstrations, proof points and reference cases about Ericsson’s services and solutions in one engaging space.

Mark your calendar now and stay tuned on more information about the agenda and speakers of this event.
