From 1G to 6G with Senior Expert Erik Dahlman

Mobile networks are an engine for growth, and every generation starts a new wave of innovations. Ericsson has been a major contributor to all generations of mobile networks and to the open standards that make global communications possible.

Erik Dahlman, Senior Expert Radio Access, takes us through the mobile evolution from 1G to 6G. Erik has been deeply involved in the research and standardization of mobile systems for more than 20 years. For his contributions, Erik was recognized with the Ericsson Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022.
