Telefónica Digital’s MVNE Strategy Manager, Daniela Petrovic, outlines areas of the company’s OSS BSS approach to meeting customer, partner and competition challenges in a changing telco environment.

Interviewed at a recent Ericsson OSS/BSS Summit in Budapest, Hungary, Petrovic says the significant blurring of traditional telecoms boundaries has resulted in working with new partners, innovation, reaching out to other sectors and changing the approach to customers.

“We are not targeting market segments anymore, we are targeting each individual customer,” she says.

Petrovic says solutions such as Ericsson’s charging systems offerings enable the company to achieve this ambition.
