Wilson Otero, the CEO of Brazilian operator Datora Telecom, discusses how OSS BSSS solutions are helping his company to target niche markets.

Otero outlines why the operator developed two mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) services, one of which has a machine-to-machine focus targeting vehicle tracking, point-of-sales and smart metering solutions.

He discusses the importance of partnership and the ambition to establish up to an additional eight MVNOs in the future.
