Ericsson has partnered with XL Axiata to improve their network performance by focusing on what matters – the customers’ app experience. The first step was to jointly define the wanted customer app experience, measure what the actual customer experience was, then formulate a game plan for achieving the desired outcome. This innovative approach resulted in network quality KPIs improvement by 50 percent, coverage increased by 60 percent and best of all, happy customers.
