Today’s users of Wi-Fi calling in the US see a change in their communication behavior. According to a new Ericsson ConsumerLab report, 61 percent of the respondents claim they now make more frequent and longer voice calls, while around half say they have replaced some over-the-top app communication with voice calls utilizing Wi-Fi calling.
