Each report includes direct quotes from CIOs and other IT executives on specific issues they’re facing and how their jobs are changing, as IT transforms everything from the network to service development to the very nature of the organization itself. We’ve also included the ways Ericsson is addressing the issues under discussion. All in all, it presents a multi-faceted picture of how IT executives are transforming their industry.
