In connection with Ericsson’s rights offering, Citibank, N.A., as ADS rights agent, has agreed to provide holders of ADS rights with additional time to exchange their rights for B share rights. Citibank has agreed to extend the deadline to exchange ADS rights for B share rights until 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) on August 27, 2002.
