How we work with partners
Our partner program is about putting the customer first. Our customers have different requirements and preferences in each of their business areas. That’s why our partner program incorporates an engagement model focused on co-selling, reselling, consulting and systems integration in a range of business disciplines and geographical areas within the communications and other communications-dependent industries.

Partner program levels
The Ericsson Partner Program comprises three levels:
Select – the entry level program that is the starting point for partner activities.
Premier – for regional and global partners focusing on one or more Ericsson regions and with the ability to become a strategic partner.
Strategic – for regional and global partners with an existing significant contribution to our joint business.
Premier and Strategic partners can become specialist OBS and / or Media partners.
Each level offers participating partners a different set of mutual benefits and requires different levels of commitment. Ericsson works with partners to decide on the program levels that are most suitable for their business and the way in which they engage with customers.
