AirHop Auptim® AI/ML Cell Outage Anomaly Detection rApp
AirHop Communications | Network Healing
Auptim AI/ML-powered COAD rApp dynamically detects “sleeping cells” and raises prescriptive alarms to reduce cell outages. It can be deployed in both 4G and 5G on a non-RT RIC, such as Ericsson’s Ericsson Intelligent Controller (EIC) for use with O-RAN and purpose-built RAN.
Increase network availability
Using an AI/ML-based anomaly detection algorithm, Auptim COAD rApp detects sleeping cells when they seem to be on, but do not serve any users. It predicts and raises prescriptive alarms for Sleeping cells for outages which are not easily detectable. It also proactively prevents sleeping cell occurrences. All together, it allows the NOC team to detect cell outages and sleeping cells faster, thereby increasing network availability.
Accelerate time to outage resolution
Auptim COAD rApp automatically detects cells that have stopped providing (or provide degraded) RAN service based on observable KPIs. It predicts and raises prescriptive alarms for Sleeping cells for outages which are not easily detectable. The rApp accelerates time to cell outage resolution by reducing time to detection of cell outages and sleeping cells.
Increase NOC team efficiency
Auptim COAD rApp provides an event stream of critical, major, and minor events, which the NOC team can then integrate with other alarm and event streams.
