The Assure Support service provides temporary onsite assistance when introducing new technologies into the network or when the operator needs the right O&M expertise from onsite experts. The onsite experts ensure a stable network environment by minimizing the costly downtime through activities such as fault handling, maintenance routine execution, and software loading.
