Automated software delivery and deployment pipelines is crucial to achieve greater automation, improved consistency, and enhanced reliability. By orchestrating upgrade and acceptance workflows, enforcing security and policy compliance, pipelines can be used to streamline the activities and take control of time-consuming processes.
Onboarding pipelines allow application or CNFs to be onboarded from staging to CSP operational environment.  An onboarding pipeline consists of a series of interconnected pipelines that are used to create an CNF onboarding experience. 
The onboarding process begins with a flow where Ericsson uploads application or CNF with artifacts, configuration, and a Software Bill Of Material (SBOM) to the CSP environment which called landing zone.
