Network Audit and Benchmarking
"How well are we doing?" and "Can we do better?" are two key questions operators frequently ask themselves. The Ericsson Network Audit & Benchmarking services provide the answers. These services measure the current network performance, provide recommendations to improve it and/or benchmark the network against local or global references.
Network Audit measures key performance indicators in the Radio, Transport and/or Core network, and together with configuration data and fault/event statistics, recommendations for further actions are delivered.
Network Performance Benchmarking service monitors network performance and compares strengths and weaknesses with other networks in the same market, region or elsewhere in the world, providing the basis for proactive improvement actions and strategic planning.
