Business Development and Strategy
‘In the past two years at Ericsson, I have worked as a Management Consultant for Corporate and Business Strategy on initiatives such as Ericsson Mobility, Ericsson Cloud, Cloud Competition, ICT Competition, and Media & Broadcast Services Strategies. This year in my new role, I drive New Business Development Strategic Initiatives more formally with Global and Regional Groups in Ericsson Next Generation Areas. As a group, we provide expertise in Portfolio Gap Analysis, Competition Strategies, Operator Digital Transformation Strategies, Market Opportunity and Feasibility studies.
My work enables me to build an in-depth understanding of the full breadth and depth of the company’s technological strengths and gives me an opportunity to operate in a high touch network with the Executive Management.
Every day at Ericsson, I look forward to the promise of an entrepreneurial environment. This flows from our autonomous ecosystem, support of idea generation and the follow through and implementation on those ideas. I also appreciate the openness in communication that is inherent in our culture, which helps people in both their personal and career aspirations.
People who succeed here are those who know their goals and understand how the organization can help achieve them. If one is open to new challenges, then Ericsson can help open doors every step of the way. I look back to 2013 when we started with the objective of moving concretely on Strategic Programs, and I see how far we have come in achieving it in the past two years. It is because of the support and encouragement of Ericsson as a whole that we have been able to get here.’

Important notice: fraudulent job offers
It has come to our attention that emails and job adverts have been created and circulated by unknown individuals for the purpose of attempting to defraud candidates.
Potential candidates should be wary of approaches that appear to be offering a job for which they have not applied, especially if personal details or money must be sent in order to proceed with the recruitment. Neither Ericsson nor any commissioned third parties recruit in this manner. Such approaches are almost certainly fraudulent attempts to gain details of identity for illegal use.
Ericsson is taking all necessary steps to investigate this matter further.
