In 2017, Ericsson continued building upon the Supplier Diversity program collaborating with AT&T, Cisco, OnX Enterprise Solutions and Toyota for our 5th annual Supplier Diversity Matchmaker Event. For the second year consecutively, the program won Women's Business Enterprise National Council Top Corporation Award. In addition, Ericsson sponsored student Carrisa Anderson in the Student Entrepreneurial Pitch Competition where she earned 1st place for her company Flare. Ericsson offered a matchmaker event, mentorship program, sponsorships, two-tier diversity reporting portal and growth opportunities for diverse suppliers. Ericsson is committed to the utilization of Minority, Women and Disabled Veteran Businesses to maintain a "Best in Class" diversity program.
The Ericsson supplier diversity program continued to excel during 2017 receiving the following accolades:

For 2018, our focus will continue to strengthen our program, sustaining our current offerings to achieve Ericsson's vision of the Networked Society with areas of focus on 5G, IOT and Security. We will offer a matchmaker event, mentorship program, workshops and seminars, two-tier diversity reporting portal and growth opportunities for diverse suppliers.
