‘On a day-to-day basis, I have a customer-facing role, so I like to think of myself as the unofficial ambassador for Ericsson to the customer. This allows me to be the “voice of Ericsson” with the customer and the “voice of the customer” when I am in Ericsson, which means I can articulate the value of both organizations and help bring them together in a way that is a good match for both.
Because Ericsson is a technology leader, I am exposed to many different parts of the industry and lots of new innovation, which is very exciting for me. I enjoy the exchange of ideas, picking up knowledge about technology and knowing that I could add value in a company that is investing in the OSS/BSS sector where I have experience.
Ericsson is constantly evolving. With a good mix of the old legacy technology and the innovative, fast-moving new technology, Ericsson is in a great position to lead the way. For employees, this provides lots of opportunities to learn and from a personal development perspective, this is very important to me.’
