There is a general shift among operators; from having put most of their focus on building and operating technology and networks, operators are increasingly setting their sights on ensuring they provide excellent service performance and consumer experience.
This transformation means that operators need to evaluate what to handle themselves and what to outsource to partners, as very few of them have the capability to do everything on their own.
As a consequence of this scenario, our Managed Services offerings are also evolving; we have gone from managing technology and networks to managing service performance and the consumer experience, as well as providing specific capabilities as-a-Service.

We have solutions to monitor customer experience and assure consumer service performance.

Our Network as-a-Service and IT as-a-Service solutions address those needs.
On their journey to reach their wanted position, operators will discover that they lack specific market offerings compared with the competition. These will be offerings they do not want to, or are unable to, invest in themselves. Our Enterprise Offerings as-a-Service solution responds to those needs and includes offerings the operator can provide to their enterprise customers with a very quick time to market. Our 15 years of experience within managed services has enabled us to build up the assets required to deliver on these offerings.
