What is your job function?
Maintenance Total Project Manager

How does your job at Ericsson allow you to contribute to The Networked Society?
Maintenance is the project that drives all the issues coming from the field to the respective design engineers so they can fix the bugs. There is no software without bugs so by fixing those issues we create a better and more robust Networked Society.

How do you feel about being a part of the video?
Being part of the video was a lot of fun, I enjoyed the experience and I happy to advocate that Ericsson is a great place to work!

What did you enjoy most about the day?
I enjoyed trying to put my whole experience at Ericsson in a few words in front of the camera. It was fun to try to convey my message through not just words but also body language and song.

What makes Ericsson a special place to work?
Ericsson is a big company that offers you a lot of opportunities. If you are up for the challenge you don’t have to follow the traditional path of growing, you can take as much responsibility as you feel ready for.

What makes you a Change Maker?
I want to change the world and I try to do that every day by improving things that go through me. Ericsson has given me the opportunity to improve networking products, to improve customer service and in general to change processes and organizations for the best.

What is your job function?
I am leading a Service Delivery team in BUGS CSI. My team is responsible for leading SDN (Software Defined Networking) Projects.

How does your job at Ericsson allow you to contribute to The Networked Society?
The Networked Society, in a wider sense, requires network evolution and transformation to support new business models. SDN (Software Defined Networking) is part of Cloud & IP Transformation and enables customers to monetize network capabilities in a more agile and automated way. My group is supporting our customers in this transformation journey by helping them in their choice of technology, solution architect and transformation models.

How do you feel about being a part of the video?
I am very excited to be part of this initiative to show Ericsson’s commitment to supporting our customers in this transformation journey. This is all about having fun with what you are doing by creating an enjoyable working environment.

Did being a part of the video make you feel any differently about Ericsson?
Yes it did. It showed that working with technology can be fun. When you are committed to your work and have good work/life balance, it also reflect in your productivity and innovation.

What did you enjoy most about the day?
Meeting new colleagues from other Ericsson groups and learning about what are they doing. In the end we all are working toward same goal. It was very refreshing to see such passion and energy!

What makes Ericsson a special place to work?
All the diversity and mix of so many cultures. You learn not only about new technology but also about new places, new cultures, and new people. This is amazing.

What makes you a Change Maker?
Having the right attitude. No solution is perfect from the start but as a team we have the power to drive the right changes. It’s very important to have clear goals and priorities.

MediaFirst has the capacity to deliver video services to the five billion people that are connected by mobile, broadband, and cloud. We have the capacity to transform, grow and deliver information to the farthest reaches of the fabric of society.

How do you feel about being a part of the video?
I feel tremendously proud to share my experiences at Ericsson, and how we are connecting our next generation of video consumers.

Did being a part of the video make you feel any differently about Ericsson? 
Being a part of the video made me feel proud Ericsson is choosing different voices to represent their brand.

What did you enjoy most about the day?
Being able to lend my voice on Ericsson brand.

Every day I have the opportunity to interact with very smart, diverse, and passionate people. This environment allows for people to express themselves and be creative.
