This year we are combining the Managed Services & Networks Design and Optimization summit to bring together thought leaders and decision makers from the Telecom space to share insights and help shape, influence and support the transformation of this industry.
We are helping Zain Iraq improve its overall processes and delivery model and, by implementing a network operations center, improving network availability for the operator's customers and helping to train local resources. In these ways, we allow Zain Iraq to focus on its core business and sales while simultaneously providing end users with value-for-money solutions.
We are working with Yoigo to understand customer experience on the service level, enabling the operator to gather information about their customers and how they perceive quality from service, terminal, website and geographical points of view.
