Developing a chatbot to help Ericsson service engineers get 24/7 replies to their queries was the final semester project of Sudipta Bose, a Computer Science student from the Indian Institute of Technology, IIT (ISM), Dhanbad, India, during her internship at Ericsson Research in Chennai.
