You’ll work with different teams, in different contexts, building relationships that help you get things done, not just get to know people.

Global exposure

Three six-month rotations, including an international placement, working across markets where priorities, pace, and perspectives shift and you deliver in new contexts while learning to adapt quickly.

Skill building

You’ll learn how to break down complex problems, shape clear stories, and communicate ideas in a way that drives action.

A mentor

Someone who will challenge your thinking, share perspective, and help you navigate the moments that matter.

Market immersion

Experience two of our key markets, close to the realities of the business, seeing how decisions land, what drives results, and taking on a market challenge with the opportunity to drive impact.

Each rotation builds on the last, stretching how you think, how you work, and what you take ownership of.

Step into more ownership, build on your knowledge, and broaden your scope. Strengthen your skills to start shaping where you will have impact beyond the program.

Both tracks are open to you who are about to graduate or recently graduated with up to 5 years of relevant experience. The difference is where you'll have the most impact.

Excellerate leadership track

For those motivated by performance, pace, and commercial impact.

You’ll rotate across Sales, Commercial Management, Strategy, Supply, Finance and more. Working on priorities that directly influence results and learning how different parts of the business connect to create value.

Innovate leadership track

For those driven by building what’s next.

You’ll rotate across Research, Product Development, Data, and AI — contributing to solutions that don’t just support the business but move it forward.
