Three rotations
Months 1 to 6: Rotation 1
Get up to speed and get to know your team. Learn how the business works and start contributing sooner than you expect.
Months 7 to 12: Rotation 2
Move abroad and deliver with teams across borders, navigate different ways of operating and seeing how decisions play out in a broader context.
Months 13 to 18: Rotation 3
Step into more ownership, build on your knowledge, and broaden your scope. Strengthen your skills to start shaping where you will have impact beyond the program.
