Most of your testing can be done using Ericsson’s IMS Service Development Studio (SDS), which is available for download on this site. When your application is ready for commercial launch, Ericsson Mobility World Developer Program can help you test and verify it remotely or on-site at our Expert Center on a real Ericsson IMS core and application servers (BEA’s WebLogic SIP Server and Ericsson’s Application Server).

For this final phase of testing, your application is deployed on application servers and will have access to Ericsson’s IMS core and enablers.

Lab and technical consultation
The service provides access to Ericsson Mobility World’s IMS Expert Center lab in Montreal, Canada, during pre-booked 8-hour timeslots, attributed on a first-come-first-serve basis. The timeslots must be booked at least 1 week in advance. On-site access is also available during Montreal business hours (9:00 to 17:00, GMT – 5:00), by special request.

Technical consultation is included in the IMS test lab service, by phone or email. Best-effort service is offered during Montreal business hours (9:00 to 17:00, GMT – 5:00). Please see Appendix 2 for more information on the technical consultation.

The lab is connected to our global network of Ericsson Mobility World centers that are constantly looking for applications on behalf of our customers, the operators.

How to apply

3. Download the agreement and Appendix 2 and sign the agreement

6. When receiving the signed agreement, Ericsson Mobility World staff will evaluate the application and, in the positive, contact you to book your lab access and the first technical consultation. This may take up to 1 week.
