New member in Ericsson nomination committee

Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) has been informed by Swedbank Robur Fonder that Marianne Nilsson, head of corporate governance, replaces Mats Lagerqvist in the Nomination Committee as of November 26, 2009.

Accordingly, the Nomination Committee now consists of the following members:

  • Petra Hedengran, Investor AB
  • Carl-Olof By, AB Industrivärden, Svenska Handelsbankens Pensionsstiftelse and Pensionskassan, SHB Försäkringsförening, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee
  • Caroline af Ugglas, Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget Skandia
  • Marianne Nilsson, Swedbank Robur Fonder and
  • Michael Treschow, Chairman of the Board of Directors
