Government Home Network (GHN) is a concept that complements existing wireless communication using public mobile networks in a secure way.
The GHN solution is built on a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) concept, enabling you as a government to create a network to handle your own communication using commercial operators' networks as the base.
