The Marconi OMS 3200 family of Optical Multiservice Core Switches is the platform of choice for building high capacity, highly resilient intelligent core transport networks.
Product description
The Marconi OMS 3200 family consists of the Marconi OMS 3240 (80Gbit/s), Marconi OMS 3250 (320Gbit/s) and the Marconi OMS 3260 for expanding installations to 960Gbit/s. The latest product in the range is the high-density Marconi OMS 3255, which adds support for 40Gbit/s per slot interfaces and blades whilst retaining a high degree of commonality with the current products.
