On June 2, 2009,  Ericsson divested the TEMS™ portfolio in a move to focus more on Professional Services rather than on products. TEMS is now part of Ascom Inc.

Ericsson is the largest customer of TEMS products, utilizing them for Network Rollout, Professional Services, and Managed Services.

Ascom enjoys a key partnership with Ericsson, which guarantees TEMS products early access to Ericsson’s leading-edge technology and infrastructure innovations.
