Government Home Network (GHN) is a concept to complement existing wireless communication using public mobile networks in a secure way.

The GHN solution is built on a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) concept, enabling governments to create a network to handle their own communication using commercial operators' networks as the base.
