BelAir Networks, April 2012
As of April 2, 2012. Ericsson has completed the acquisition of BelAir Networks. BelAir Networks is the recognized market leader in service provider class wireless broadband with large-scale deployments for cellular operators as well as cable operators . BelAir proven carrier grade equipment include indoor and outdoor access points, Wi-Fi controllers and Wi-Fi Network Management System. This acquisition gives Ericsson a strong carrier-grade Wi-Fi portfolio as well as technological expertise in the area.

Telcordia, October 2011
The acquisition of Telcordia reinforces and expands Ericsson's position as leading player in operations support systems/business support systems (OSS/BSS) market with key position in service fulfilment, assurance, network optimization and real-time charging. Telcordia provides core competence and a leading market position within the OSS/BSS field – Ericsson brings global presence, service capabilities and leadership in OSS, charging and billing solutions.
2010
Optimi, December 2010
The acquisition of Optimi brings further capability and broadens customer base in multi-vendor network management and optimization business to Ericsson. It will also strengthen Ericsson capabilities in network modernization and 4G introduction, with focus on multi-technology Self-Organizing network.
