President and CEO
- Born in 1965, Bachelor in Business Administration, University of Uppsala.
- Board Member: Ericsson, Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB and Thernlunds AB.

- Background: Hans Vestberg has been with Ericsson since 1988 and has held various positions around the world. Before becoming President and CEO, he was Chief Financial Officer and Head of Group Function Finance (since October 2007). Previous positions include Executive Vice President and Head of Business Unit Global Services, as well as Vice President and Head of Market Unit Mexico and Head of Finance and Control in USA, Brazil and Chile.
Jan Frykhammar

- Born in 1965. Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics, University of Uppsala.
- Board Member: Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB, ST-Ericsson and ICC Sweden.

- Background: Prior to this position Jan Frykhammar was Senior Vice President and Head of Business Unit Global Services (since January 2008). Jan joined Ericsson in 1991 and has held various positions such as Sales and Business Control in Business Unit Global Services, CFO in North America and Vice President, Finance and Commercial within the Global Customer Account Vodafone.

- Born in 1959, Bachelor's degree of science in Business Administration from University of Lund, Sweden.

Per Borgklint
Senior Vice President and Head of Business Unit Multimedia
- Born in 1972, holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Marketing from Jönköping International Business School.
- Background: Borgklint joins Ericsson from the Swedish operator Net1 (Ice.net) where he was CEO. Prior to that he was CEO at Canal Plus Nordic. He also was CEO at the Dutch operator Versatel and has had several leading positions at Tele2.
Bina Chaurasia
Senior Vice President and Head of Group Function Human Resources and Organization
- Born in 1962, holds a Master of Science in Management and Human Resources from the Ohio State University and a Masters of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin.
- Holdings in Ericsson:* 11 627 Class B shares
- Background: Bina Chaurasia joined Ericsson from Hewlett Packard where she was the Vice President of Global Talent Management. Chaurasia also held senior HR leadership roles at Gap, Sun Microsystems and PepsiCo/Yum.
Ulf Ewaldsson
Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, Head of Group Function Technology & Portfolio Management at Ericsson (from February 1, 2012)
- Born in 1965. Master’s of Science in Engineering and Business Management, Linköping Institute of Technology.
- Background: Ulf Ewaldsson was prior this position Head of Product Area Radio within Business Unit Networks. He has held various positions within Ericsson since 1990.
Douglas L. Gilstrap

- Born in 1963, Bachelor in accounting from the University of Richmond, Master in Business Administration from Emory University in Atlanta, executive program at INSEAD, France.

- Background: Douglas has 25 years of experience in global telecommunications and consulting. Previous roles included head of Strategy at Cable & Wireless, CEO at Radianz (financial data network), Chief Operating Officer at Equant Networks and private equity experience.

Head of Region Greater China & North East Asia
- Born in 1954, Master of Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.

- Background: Mats Olsson has been posted in various countries in Asia during his career at Ericsson. In 2004, he was appointed president of Ericsson Greater China with overall responsibility for mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, leading a regional team of more than 9,000 employees.

- Born in 1965, Holds a Bachelor's degree of Information Systems and a Master's degree of administration, McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
- Board Member: MasterCard Incorporated

- Background: Rima Qureshi also serves as head of Ericsson Response. Before assuming this position she was head of the AT&T Improvement Program within Market Unit North America.
Angel Ruiz
Head of Region North America
- Born in 1956, holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Central Florida and a master's degree in management science and information systems from John Hopkins University.
- Holdings in Ericsson:* 21 688 Class B shares
- Background: Angel Ruiz joined Ericsson in 1990 and has held a variety of sales and managerial positions within the company, including heading up the global account teams for Cingular/SBC/BellSouth (now AT&T). In 2001, he was appointed president of Ericsson North America.
