Jan Frykhammar
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Head of Group Function Finance
Jan Frykhammar became Executive Vice president, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Group Function Finance on November 1, 2009.
He is a member of the Board of the Swedish International Chamber of Commerce, and serves as a Director on the Boards of the joint ventures Sony Ericsson and ST-Ericsson.
Since joining Ericsson in 1991, Jan Frykhammar has held various positions in finance and business control. From 2008 until he became CFO, Frykhammar led Business Unit Global Services.
He started working for Ericsson right after completing his education and has extensive experience across the business for Ericsson, having lived and worked in the United States, United Kingdom as well as in business areas and the headquarters in Sweden.
Between 2004 and 2005 Frykhammar was Vice President, Finance and Commercial, for Ericsson's global customer account Vodafone, based in the UK. From 2002 to 2004 he served as CFO for Ericsson in North America. Between 1998 and 2002 he was Vice President, Business Control and IS/IT within Ericsson's wireline operation.
Jan Frykhammar holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics degree from the University of Uppsala, Sweden.
