Jan Frykhammar
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Group Function Finance
Jan Frykhammar became Executive Vice president, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Group Function Finance on November 1, 2009.
He is on the Board of Directors at both the Swedish International Chamber of Commerce and the joint venture ST-Ericsson
Since joining Ericsson in 1991, Frykhammar has held various positions in finance and business control. Between 2008 and taking up his current position as CFO, he was Head of Business Unit Global Services.
He started working for Ericsson right after completing his education, and has extensive experience across the business, having lived and worked in the US, UK and at the company headquarters in Sweden.
Between 2004 and 2005, Frykhammar was Vice President, Finance and Commercial, for Ericsson’s global customer account Vodafone, based in the UK. From 2002 to 2004 he served as CFO for Ericsson in North America. Between 1998 and 2002 he was Vice President, Business Control and IS/IT within Ericsson’s wireline operation.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics from the University of Uppsala, Sweden.
