Ross Biggam, Director General of the Association of Commercial Television Europe, says that the market can and has responded adequately to copyright challenges in today’s new media landscape. One example is that in the past two years, commercial broadcasters in Europe have launched and negotiated content for around 700 on-demand and catch-up television services.
