Lyon Solnstev

Lyon is a Senior Transformation Consultant at Ericsson and is co-chair of North America’s GenNext Employee Resource Group. Lyon has a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Baylor University and has four years of experience driving transformation projects at Ericsson. He first became passionate about enhancing Ericsson's culture and environment for future STEM leaders when volunteering at Tech Camp, GenNext’s flagship event, teaching future STEM talent in the community about the power of technology. Lyon is a passionate leader within Ericsson and looks to grow GenNext in a way that will continue to build and sustain Ericsson's unique culture.
