Achieving our goals

Better and fairer decisions that enable us all to realize our potential is the aspiration of our global Diversity & Inclusion Strategy. We believe that when we feel safe and like we belong, we do better work.
To make that a reality we’re ensuring that our policies and practices reflect and honor the diversity of our workforce and prohibit discrimination. For example, our recruitment policies aim to broaden our candidate pool and are based on marketplace availability and job forecasts, with selection based on merit and competence. This focus helps to remove barriers and expressly prohibits discrimination.
