Zeljka Sotra

Zeljka is a leader within the Customer Product Information (CPI) department at Ericsson Networks . As an area that is constantly reinventing itself, Zeljka takes an active interest in the technology areas of AR/VR/XR. She sees Web3.0 as an enabler of the next-generation superior customer product experience. Zeljka has been at Ericsson since 1995. In that time, she has contributed to the development of GSM – developing PLEX- based code for the AXE telephone exchange, and pioneering the introduction of OOA, Object Oriented Analysis, also known as the Shlaer-Mellor-method. She later moved to WCDMA System development and the adoption of UML and Java, and also enjoyed a couple of years running customer training in the area of HSPA and LTE. Today, Zeljka is part of Ericsson’s 5G system development with a focus on developing the ecosystem and architecture needed to meet the needs of tomorrow’s use cases.
