At Ericsson Colombia, we believe in the importance of implementing applicable local regulations to promote a framework of compliance and proper corporate governance for companies in Colombia. This contributes to having more competitive, productive, and sustainable businesses, benefiting the country and its citizens within the framework of international regulations with effective control and corporate governance tools.​

The integrity of Ericsson Colombia is unquestionable; therefore, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of corruption and financial irregularities. We expect our business partners to foster a culture of integrity based on transparency, compliance, and ethical business practices.​

Ericsson Colombia has adopted standards, policies, and procedures based on local regulations and global directives from our parent company. These are aimed at preventing corrupt practices in operations, as well as implementing mechanisms to anticipate, mitigate, and prevent inappropriate conduct in the fight against corruption and the protection of personal data. These policies and mechanisms are based on the Company's corporate values: "Professionalism, Respect, Perseverance, and Integrity."​

With the implementation of these programs, we wanted to ensure that their language was clear and consistent and that their content was applicable and communicated to all third parties that have a relationship with the entity (clients, suppliers, contractors), as well as the general public.​
