Charlotte Levert

Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer and Head of Group Function People

Charlotte Levert is Chief People Officer for Ericsson, a position she has held since February 10, 2025.

Charlotte's journey at Ericsson began in 2019 when she assumed the role of Head of People for Managed Services. In 2022, she took on as Head of People for the newly created Business Area Cloud Software and Services, an organization with more than 25,000 employees.

Charlotte has an extensive experience of more than 15 years in the field of human resources, where she has held various managerial positions in companies like Tieto and GE Healthcare.

In Charlotte’s role in Human Resources, she has focused on leadership and culture, fostering an inclusive and welcoming workplace at Ericsson . She strongly believes in the power of every team and individual’s voice to make a profound impact.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in management with Human Resources and Business Management from Royal Holloway, University of London. She lives in Stockholm.
