Energetic and enthusiastic is how I define myself. It's been more than 11 years since I started my journey in the telecommunications industry. In my current role as a Program and Scope Manager, I enjoy a bird's eye view of the entire Managed Services project for Digi Malaysia.
As an on-site SPOC for project finance management, account management and contract management, I'm learning a great deal working alongside all my stakeholders and MSCOO (Managed Services Chief Operating Officers).
My previous roles in product support and services pre-sales helps me better understand the customer perspectives and requirements.
Staying connected is the corner stone of a networked society and I apply this literally by being in constant touch with my friends and family. I enjoy reading books, singing, and spending time with my four-year-old.
