Afshin Abtin

Afshin focuses on communication services evolution and end-to-end architecture considering IMS, Core and radio. He worked extensively on end-to-end communication services in both 4G and 5G, and is doing similar work in the study phase of 6G.

Abtin has more than 30 years of telecom and datacom experience from various areas and positions in R&D, product development, and technology strategy. He studied computer engineering science at Karlstad University in Sweden.
