Alessandro Pane

Alessandro is Head of R&D Italy made on three sites, while being responsible for cross-site interactions with BU/PA and ER organizations for requirements and roadmap management, people capability and site strategy.

In this role he always dives priority to build a culture and way of working characterized by proactive attitude, teamwork focus, high professionalism, and high energy. The key word for his leadership style is “passion”.

In addition to the R&d Itay head responsibility he is also Head of Optical development in BNEW/EU HW/PEU Transport, specifically responsible for WDM Front Haul and Optical Radio Solutions.

In this role he is always building long term customer relationships and positions Ericsson as a business partner, while guaranteeing a continuous technical expertise along the business processes, developing and driving the most suitable and innovative customer solutions.

Alessandro has had several management international experiences along his career journey. Among the other Senior project management in Sweden and USA, Site Head of R&D Ericsson Croatia.
