Amareet Kaur

Amareet graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University, Toronto in 2014. She started her career at Ericsson R&D in Ottawa as a Hardware Developer in Product Development Unit Radio. Over the last few years, Amareet has worked at Ericsson locations in Canada, Germany, and Sweden and has held different positions in product development and product management spanning Radio hardware, Baseband software, 4G, and 5G.

Amareet's focus in her current role is to drive innovative features, competitive solutions, and the long-term strategy for the ever-evolving areas of Carrier Aggregation and Inter-Baseband Coordination.

Amareet is passionate about solving the challenge of delivering high-performing coordination features in today’s complex 5G networks. She is a strong believer in the potential of Ericsson’s unique Advanced RAN Coordination interface to achieve that goal. Amareet is also driving solutions to harness the power of machine learning based automation for optimized Carrier Aggregation deployment in customer networks.
