Amy McCune is the Vice President and Head of Managed Services for Ericsson North America. In this role, she is responsible for Ericsson’s customer support, network and IT managed services business across the US and Canada. She leads a team of ~600 staff covering sales and operations. She has been part of the rapidly transforming information and communications technology industry for the past 14 years.

Most recently, McCune was Head of Customer Unit Regional Carriers where she was responsible for Ericsson’s business relationships with US-based regional wireless customers, national wireline customers and industry verticals such as utilities. She also was previously the Head of Channel Management for Ericsson North America. In this position, she built and grew an enterprise business through indirect channels.

Prior to joining Ericsson in 2013, McCune was the Senior Vice President of National Accounts for T-Mobile where she oversaw sales, marketing and operations for 25 percent of T-Mobile’s annual revenue.

Before joining T-Mobile, McCune had a track record of success in the consumer goods industry, working for companies such as PepsiCo, Miller Brewing Company and the E&J Gallo Winery.

McCune holds a bachelor’s degree in administration from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

McCune is a founding member of Ericsson’s Diversity Council, the executive sponsor of Women of Ericsson and an associate board member at Southern Methodist University.
