Andreas Engberg

Andreas Engberg is Head of New Product Introduction (NPI) Production & Industry 4.0 at Ericsson. He leads Ericsson’s factories and considers it a privilege to evolve the manufacturing area by developing and deploying Industry 4.0 solutions globally.

Engberg has more than 10 years of experience in Ericsson, where he was also the Head of Ericsson Supply in Tallinn and Head of Ericsson’s Innovation Hub in Estonia. He is a business-minded engineer with a rich experience with industrial design (R&D) and supply chains.

Engberg holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering from Luleå Technical University, in Sweden. He also spent three years in the Swedish military service where he was Team Commander in a peace keeping military operations.
