Ayub Osman is Head of Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility for Ericsson Middle East and Africa driving Ericsson’s sustainability agenda in the Region.
A well-seasoned business specialist with a solid career spanning 20+ years, and working in or with over 15 countries, Ayub has also served with the United Nations Environment Programme, Oxford Environmental Change Institute, Oxford Internet Institute and Eastbourne Borough Council (UK), addressing pressing issues on energy and environmental management, climate change, social inclusion and societal impact of the digital divide.
Ayub’s passion lies at the intersection of combining his strong technology and sustainability experience to utilize rapid advancements in fields like 5G, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to address critical environmental & digital skills challenges.
Ayub holds an MBA (Finance and Business Strategy concentration) and an MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Oxford under the Rhodes Scholarship.
