Day to day, Bastian and his global Technical Sales Support team translate technical advances to customer value propositions. They work with product, sales and customer teams to understand new capabilities, shape techno-commercial insights, and connect innovation to real customer needs.
The team creates the narratives, demos and enablement assets that help customers and internal stakeholders experience the value of today’s portfolio and see what future solutions can deliver.
Bastian graduated in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen, with a focus on Information & Communication Technology. While at university, he worked on various telecom deployment projects, where he developed his passion for practical solutions in high-tech scenarios—a focus he has carried through various roles including Head of Engineering and Site Solutions PreSales Lead.
