Betty George

Betty is Head of Network Management at Ericsson Americas, where she leads the pre-sales and delivery of the Network Management portfolio across the Americas. Her responsibilities span Service Management and Orchestration solutions, helping customers advance network automation and operational transformation.

 As part of Ericsson’s Cloud Software and Services organization, Betty supports the delivery of technologies and services across Core Networks, Managed Services, Business Support Systems and Autonomous Networks.

With more than 25 years of experience in network management and large-scale delivery, Betty has led major transformation and automation initiatives while building high-performing global teams. Her expertise includes closed-loop automation, cloud-native platforms, network management transformation and customer-focused delivery. Throughout her career at Ericsson, she has held leadership positions across engineering, technology, product management and delivery.

 Betty holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University in India and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Southern Methodist University. In 2021, she was recognized as a Top Woman in Technology by the Dallas Business Journal.
