Caroline Berns

Head of Talent Acquisition, MMEA

Caroline Berns is the Head of Talent Acquisition for Ericsson Middle East & Africa and is really passionate about Diversity & Inclusion. Born in Germany, she lived in the US and various countries in Europe until 2012, when she moved to South Africa.

Caroline´s background is Software Engineering, but she discovered shortly after graduating that Talent Acquisition is her real passion. Currently, her work spans across 67 countries, and she loves the cultural diversity Middle East and Africa are offering. Raising awareness of Diversity and Inclusion is another topic Caroline cares about deeply, and she is both an advisor to the local D&I council at Ericsson and has been writing a D&I blog since 2014, sharing the latest industry trends and beautiful (and not so beautiful) stories with her colleagues from around the world.
