Claudia Muñiz

As part of the unit that is behind Ericsson’s first AI-native software portfolio powering the data-driven transformation of network operations & optimization, Claudia has great insights on how AI is changing telecommunications, as the catalyzer to radically transform the approach and deliver both on TCO and user experience objectives, key pillars of the CSP business. She has participated in different podcasts and as a speaker at MWC 2022 on topics like AI, Digital Twins and Reinforcement Learning, among others. Claudia graduated with a Master of Science from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm (KTH) and enjoys traveling to broaden her perspective.
