Coskun Aydogdu

With over 30 years of telecommunications experience across Europe and the Middle East, Coskun has recently contributed to access network-based assessments of zero-touch product launch readiness across BOS Business Value Pathways and led the governance of mission-critical network business processes for leading operators in the Middle East, ensuring strong enterprise architecture alignment and quality.

Coskun is the lead for the Ericsson Value Architecture framework and repository, providing business and operating models, process blueprints, and conceptual and functional architectures that improve transformation quality and efficiency. Previously, he held director roles in ICT service performance and in billing, charging and collection operations at a Tier-1 operator in Turkey. He is TOGAF, ITIL, TM Forum ODA, and TM Forum Autonomous Network Levels certified.
