Cristian Norlin

Cristian Norlin is Head of Design and Technology at Ericsson ONE – Ericsson's global community of designers, developers and entrepreneurs that create innovations that solve real problems as well as addressing global grand challenges.

With the help of design thinking (and doing!) Cristian and his colleagues work on boosting Ericsson's innovation culture while at the same time guiding early initiatives and ideas with the ambition to realize their full business potential.

Prior to his current position, Cristian worked as an art director, interaction designer, and lecturer/tutor. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Computer Related Design from the Royal College of Art, London UK.
