Dinesh Sankaran

Dinesh Sankaran, currently an Innovation Director in the Group IT Automation & AI unit, is a prudent strategist and seasoned techno-functional SME having 22+ years of progressive experience in leading large business transformation programs. His current focuses are on Digital Transformation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Cognitive Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) and Emerging Technologies.

Dinesh started with Ericsson in 2013 in the Group IT Strategy & Architecture unit. He has managed highly complex cross-functional, multi-site, trans-national teams and has undertaken progressive responsibility in most areas of Software Development Life Cycle in multiple domains.

He is passionate about understanding strategic vision and addressing business problems/challenges while creating value by leveraging technology. He holds a BCS degree from University of Madras and an MBA from Manipal University, India.
